The two problem areas when it comes to losing weight and body fat are the stomach and the thighs. These two areas cause the biggest headaches, because they are parts of the body that catches a lot of attention. The thighs specially are displayed when girls would like to wear their sexy and daring outfits. The stomach on the other hand can be an embarrassing spectacle, if it becomes bulging and prominent. An additional headache to all of this, is the fact that it is very difficult to get rid of the extra fat in the body. It seems as if those are the last two places in the body that the fat is willing to leave us. A lot of people have become frustrated when trying to get a flatter stomach and sexier thighs.

For those who are determined on working on their stomachs and their thighs, here are some steps and tips to tone stomach and thighs that are all but guaranteed to fight off those extra inches, on those two spots.

What You Eat-Before you try out any exercise plan designed to sculpt your stomach and your thighs, you need to learn the value of eating right. You have to learn how to free yourself from junk foods and salty foods. Have the discipline to follow a diet. Any exercise that you might do will come to nothing if you do not eat correctly.

Building Your Abs- You might be tempted to do a lot of crunches in order to achieve that “six pack” that you have always wanted, but crunches have a side effect that you should know about. It actually weakens some of the muscles in your inner stomach, and you could end up with a difficult time breathing. Do some workout that will focus on these inner muscles first.

Walk Properly- Walking in the proper way means that you are using all of your muscles in the right way. That would include the abdominal muscles. The abdominal muscles are there for supporting the pelvis, they contribute in keeping you balanced in oder not to overstrain your back muscles. Start to walk regularly and it would also contribute in burning off the excess fat from your thighs and abdomen.

Lunges- Lunges are good for giving the muscle groups in your stomach and thighs a good workout. Make sure to include these exercises as part of your routine.

There are other exercises that can contribute to giving your thighs and stomach a good thorough work out, that will make them look good. The important thing in all of this is for you to stay focused and disciplined until you attain all of your goals.
