To lose weight, one has to seriously commit himself to that purpose. It is not something that can be done in a half-hearted manner. It can only be the result of a serious concentration on your part. Don’t believe any ad that says that you can effectively lose weight when you use this or that. It does not work that way. Bear in mind that weight loss can only be achieved when your body reaches a condition known as calorie deficit. Calorie Deficit- We burn up calories with all the activities that we do. Each movement that we make requires energy and our body is constantly using up fuel within it. That fuel is derived from the food that we eat. We gain weight when the amount of calorie that we are taking in is greater than the amount that we burn from our activities. The extra calorie is stored on the form of fat. So the more that we eat and the lesser exercise that we do, the more we are going to gain weight. When we reverse that situation where the amount of calories that we are burning up is greater than what we are taking in, that is what we term as a calorie deficit.
