Hiya ladies,
I wanted to write a quick little post here about 3 little tricks I’ve learned on how to lose fat thighs. These 3 little tricks literally boosted my weight loss efforts so that I was able to lose thigh fat more efficiently and effectively. I know what it’s like not to have boys and then men look at you because you’re unable to lose fat in your thighs, or wherever your stubborn fat might be.
It’s hard ladies, I know. I’ve struggled for literally decades trying to lose arm fat, lose belly fat and of course the fat in my thighs which seemed to cling onto my legs for dear life. It was horrible. Especially as I watched my girlfriends have date after date with good looking guys while I stayed at home on Saturday nights.
But I was able to do it. And I want to share with you 3 simple ideas to help you get started to burn fat thighs and tone your thighs. The first one is all about exercise. There are no specific exercises to lose fat on thighs, but general exercise is going to make all the difference in the world.
I was shy about my body so I couldn’t bear to sign up to any aerobics classes. What I did instead was go for hour long walks every other day. I put on my iPod and some Carrie Underwood tunes and I’d be motivated. It was hard at first, but after a few weeks I started to look forward to them.
The other thing I did to lose fat thighs was squats and lunges. I’d just do these at home by myself so nobody could see how clumsy I was! And I didn’t use any weights, I was like a 90lb weakling, except I was almost twice that weight. These exercises helped tone my thighs and give me a workout too. It was hard, but after a month I was able to do 3 sets of 20.
Now, you have to realize that you can’t really lose fat thighs fast, and this is my 3rd tip for you. Be patient. I know it feels like the weight just suddenly jumped on you, but if we’re honest we know that it took a few years to get where you are. So allow yourself several weeks to several months of consistent effort to get to your ideal weight. This was the hardest part for me to lose thigh fat. I am so impatient. But each day I reminded myself to be patient and after several weeks I got to where I needed to be.
Kisses,
Becky
