There are all sorts of exercises that are available these days. They aim to shed extra weight from the body and make it lose some of the extra fat that we have. Sometimes we would like to workout a specific part more than others. This is specially true with the lower part of the body including the legs. People would love to have great looking legs that they could flaunt. WIth sculptured legs they could wear sexy clothing during summertime, they could feel a lot better about themselves. For example you have to be very careful with what you eat, you have to make sure that you will be refraining from consuming high calorie foods that will only add to the fat that is already stored in your body.
For these exercises you will be needing three simple tools that you can easily obtain, a bench, an exercise mat, and a Bosu ball.
High Knees
1. You start with this exercise by running in place.
2. You have to make sure to keep your back straight and with each step that you take, make sure that you bring your knees as high as you could get them.
3. For additional power and balance you can swing your arms. Be sure to spring off the balls of your feet as you land.
Sprint Steps
1. You begin with this exercise by standing beside a bench while keeping our arms to the side.
2. Start running in place but this time you need to make sure that the tip of your toes brushes lightly against the side of the bench.
3. Your toes should brush the bench at the same time that your other feet lands on the floor. You can use your arms for additional power and balance during your movement.
BOSU Ball Squats with ball Down
1. Stand on the ball keeping your legs apart slightly.
2. Lower your body in a squat form while extending our arms forward as your go down.
3. As you rise use your heels to push your body upwards. Use your abs to balance your body.
Step Ups
1. Stand beside the bench while placing your hands o your hips.
2. Step on the bench with your left foot and leaving the right hanging.
3. Step down using your right and then repeat the process this time, switching sides.
As you can see these are very simple exercises that you can do at home and you would not be needing any specialized equipment, just the simple tools of exercising. Follow these exercises and make sure that you eat right and you will see the results. Not only that, other people will notice it too.
