Hello ladies, thanks for taking a peak at my blog on how I was able to lose thigh fat. I’m Becky, and I bet that my story is not dissimilar to yours. I’ve sort of struggled with weight practically since my teen years when I fell in love with cupcakes after my first boyfriend dumped me for a cheerleader. True story!

It wasn’t until my early thirties that I really started to try and get serious about losing the pounds that piled up over those years. I tried a whole bunch of things to get rid of thigh fat but nothing seemed to work. I seemed to carry inner thigh fat and outer thigh fat as if they were gifts I just couldn’t bear to part with!

But after years of struggle I managed to do it. I finally lost 27 pounds in a little over 6 weeks. Not blindingly fast I know, but I’ve managed to keep it off for over a year now. And my goal now is to share with you how to lose thigh fat just like I did. And the best part is that I can still enjoy a cupcake now and again. A chocolate one is my fave.
